Back in November, I had a very traumatic birth. Jocelyn was one of many nurses who cared for me while I was on L&D during my induction. After 48 hours of labor, it was found that my son was breech. While Jocelyn had been taking great care of me since the beginning of her shift, she went above and beyond for my husband and me once it was found that my son was breech and I needed an emergency C-section. Jocelyn jumped into action quickly and provided more than just physical care. She had been my biggest cheerleader during her shift, and then she became a great friend, supporting me through the scariest time of my life. Jocelyn stayed by my side, trying to keep me calm and support me through the whole process. I am truly grateful that she was my nurse that day/night. I can’t thank her enough for being there for me, my husband, and my son. Her kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you, Jocelyn.
