Annika went above and beyond when it came to making me feel comfortable, managing my pain with a gentle touch. She knows how to give an injection with little to no pain and made sure I had plenty of toiletries, ice packs, etc.

She explained my condition in a way nobody else could. She made me feel safe and took away my stress, depression, worry, and anxiety. She was very supportive, caring, and understanding.

She woke me up gently and knew exactly how to wipe the first drop of blood away when doing a glucose check. She made sure I had anything and everything I needed or wanted, and always responded fast to my needs when calling the nurses' station.

She explained things in a way that I could completely understand. She was very attentive. She knew I was afraid of heights, so she closed the blinds without asking for a reason why.

She made sure to do my meds, blood pressure, and sugar checks on time. She never skipped a beat. She never kept me waiting at all. She was very thorough with my assessments.

She definitely is the person you would look forward to speaking to and having take care of you. She makes you feel welcome and at home, like you are family, not like a burden or hindrance at all.

She is bubbly, sweet, and has a great sense of humor and personality.
