I would like to recognize Linnet for the exceptional care she provided to my mother during her stay at Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital. 

From the moment Linnet became my mother’s nurse, she consistently went above and beyond in every aspect of her care. Her bedside manner was truly exceptional. She always approached my mother with kindness, patience, and a genuinely uplifting attitude that brought comfort during what was a very difficult and frightening time for our family.

Linnet has an incredible balance of knowledge, compassion, and positivity. She took the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and ensure that my mother felt safe, heard, and understood. Her willingness to help didn’t stop with my mother—she was just as supportive and reassuring to our entire family. That meant more to us than words can express.

What stood out most was her attitude. Linnet always came into the room with energy and a smile. No matter how busy things were, she never seemed rushed or dismissive. She never complained and never showed frustration with any request. Instead, she treated every interaction with respect, warmth, and professionalism.
Being at Marianjoy was a very scary experience for our family, but having Linnet as my mother’s nurse truly felt like a blessing. She helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience through her compassion and dedication.
