Over the time I have worked alongside her, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact she has on both her patients and colleagues. Naadira consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. She approaches every patient with empathy, listening to their concerns, making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported. Her bedside manner is truly remarkable—she always finds a way to calm even the most anxious patients with her gentle words and reassuring presence. Her teamwork is also unparalleled. Whether it’s providing guidance to a new nurse, offering support to a stressed colleague, or taking on extra responsibilities when the unit is short-staffed, she is always the first to step up. Naadira helps maintain a positive and collaborative environment, inspiring those around her to perform at their best. There are no words to fully capture just how much Naadira’s support has meant to each one of us. From day one, she has been an unwavering source of strength, encouragement, and guidance. No matter how busy the shift or how tough the day, Naadira has always been there to support us in ways that go beyond the typical responsibilities of her role. I cannot put into words how grateful i am for the support Naadira has shown me during what has been one of the most difficult times I've faced.
