I would like to nominate the Outpatient Nursing Department team for the DAISY Team Award in recognition of their consistent compassion, enthusiasm, and excellence in patient care. Despite a fast-paced and high-volume environment, the OPD nursing team consistently demonstrates remarkable patience, attentiveness, and teamwork. They ensure that every patient is welcomed with kindness, listened to with care, and guided with clear explanations, helping to ease anxiety and create a sense of comfort and trust. On many occasions, they have gone beyond routine duties by anticipating patient needs, responding promptly to concerns, and coordinating care efficiently with the healthcare team. Their calm presence and genuine empathy make a meaningful difference in the patient experience. What sets them apart is their commitment to treating every patient with dignity and respect and their teamwork in delivering safe, smooth care.
