• July 2007: Began his career in the Emergency Room as a Clinical Nurse
• Later cross-trained in the ICU, where he took on the responsibility of Acting Charge Nurse
• 2010: Formally appointed as ICU Charge Nurse
• 2016: Advanced to the role of ICU Head Nurse
• 2019: Transitioned to the PICU as Head Nurse while simultaneously fulfilling supervisory duties • 2020: Returned to the ICU during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide critical leadership and operational
support
• 2021: Assumed the position of Full-Time Nursing Supervisor
• 2023: Oversee operations of the CCU and Cath Lab
• 2024: Led Inpatient Services, including N4S, N2S, and N2N
• 2025: Continues to demonstrate exemplary leadership as Inpatient Night Nursing Supervisor
• Entrusted with a Special Assignment: Restraint Audit
