When away on vacation, she repeatedly asked when Nurse Biol would return. Nurse Biol was equally polite and supportive with colleagues. Time spent mentoring other nurses during shift changes demonstrated positive leadership and commitment to the team. The excellent care and services provided by the entire staff had a significant positive impact on our daughter’s treatment. She was released from the hospital having successfully defeated cancer. This positive outcome is due to God's mercy and the outstanding work of everyone at Kaiser Permanente.
