When my wife was transferred to the Labor and Delivery room from the admitting unit, there were numerous nurses who were already assisting us. But one that stood out from all of them is Kandice.

The way that she treated us was just like family. She was so compassionate with my wife and my soon-to-be baby. She regularly checked the status of my wife and my baby up to the delivery. She also asked us if we were hungry. She gave my wife some food and water so that she would have energy during her labor and childbirth.

I'm writing to thank her and share my story of why Kandice is so special in so many ways. She is so natural in her kindness and so compassionate. She listened to us intently with regard to our concerns, and she really has a loving heart. She is a rockstar, and she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond in customer service.
