Since I arrived in the room, I was welcomed by Yamnell, and she gave me a very warm welcome. It calmed me down because I barely go to hospitals and I get very anxious and nervous when I am here. I told her that I felt that way. Then, later, it passed because everyone who came introduced themselves to me in Spanish.

My nurse, who did not speak Spanish, told me, “Don’t worry, be calm, we have translators, and we will be able to tell you about your prognosis, your results, and the exams that you’ll be undergoing. And when you’re done with your medicine, the nurses on the next shift will work very well with you.” She was very responsible. She kept me safe.

I felt very appreciated by all, especially by Yamnell and even by the other personnel at this hospital, from the moment I got here. I want to give thanks to everyone for all the services that were given to me. I was fortunate to have Yamnell as my nurse.
