I would like to nominate this extraordinary RN for the DAISY Award in recognition of the compassionate, personalized, and spiritually supportive care she provided during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.

During a high-risk and emotionally overwhelming pregnancy, she did far more than perform her clinical duties; she cared for me as a whole person. She took the time to truly listen, to understand my fears, and to tailor her care to my specific medical and emotional needs. In moments filled with uncertainty, she provided not only education and reassurance but also genuine presence.

What made her care exceptional was the way she offered spiritual guidance and hope when I felt lost. She acknowledged my faith, encouraged me when I was discouraged, and reminded me that I was not alone in my journey. Her words were thoughtful, her demeanor calm, and her compassion unwavering. She treated me with dignity and empathy every single time.

Her ability to combine clinical excellence with heartfelt compassion reflects the very spirit of the DAISY Award. She turned a frightening moment into a manageable one, brought light into dark moments, and helped me find strength I didn’t know I had.

Because of her, I felt supported, heard, and cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person and a mother. She is truly deserving of this recognition.
