I had total hip replacement surgery today, and I was in pain. I really didn't want anything stronger than Tylenol because of the addiction factor that comes with the other meds. Nurse Ann explained in detail about tramadol and how it will take the edge off. Because of her attention to detail, caring spirit, and taking the time to explain, I was pain-free within the hour.

Ann is gentle and has a kind spirit. It makes a world of difference when you're vulnerable, alone, and in pain. She is outstanding, and her customer service skills are on point. I actually feel relaxed knowing I have her caring for me.  

I will recommend Overlook to my friends and family. Ann is an extraordinary nurse. I’m glad I saw the flyer for this on my board so she can get the recognition she deserves.
