Kelli cared for our mother on two separate occasions, and both times her care was exceptional. She was attentive, compassionate, and consistently maintained a positive attitude. During the first admission following surgery, Kelli cared for her over several days and was truly amazing—both efficient and kind.

On the second visit, which began in the Emergency Department and continued on the PCU, the first familiar face we saw upon arrival to the unit was Kelli. We immediately recognized each other, and it brought us such comfort and relief knowing our mother would once again be in her care. We were genuinely excited and reassured that she would be looked after by someone we trusted so deeply.
