I am a new nurse, and Nataliya was my nurse preceptor at my first nursing job. While I did not receive care directly from Nataliya, I was gifted amazing training on patient care from her. Nataliya always provides care to her patients in the most efficient manner, while being compassionate and friendly. These traits carry on to how she treats patient families and coworkers.
