Nurse Dupass has exhibited extreme professionalism and courtesy. She discussed everything being done to continue managing my blood pressure and recommended some things I wasn't aware of to try. Especially beneficial was the routine I should try as I take my blood pressure meds in the morning. Such as having my arm elevated to my heart level. I can tell she is committed to her craft because I have been coming here for years, and my experience with her has been the best I have ever had. I wish I could have her as my nurse every time I come here.

I would like to give special thanks to RN Elvia Dupass for going above and beyond her duties. She took me in, conducted her check-in, and listened to all my concerns. Afterward, she immediately got on the phone and contacted my previous doctor at Wellstar, who is currently working in Atlanta, GA. She explained my situation and concerns to the staff and doctors. The doctor personally called me back and explained that Ms. Dupass had contacted him regarding my circumstances. Ms. Dupass was consistent in following up and ensuring that my concerns were addressed. Her outstanding performance is exactly what is expected and needed for Veterans. She helped me schedule an appointment with my PCP within a 1-hour time frame. I just want to thank her for exemplifying excellent care. Please continue to care and assist veterans in the same manner.
