Our family would love to recognize John for his incredible care and bedside manner while caring for the patient in the ICU. The patient's clinical course was quite unexpected, both by his loved ones and his medical team, as we encountered significant post-op complications.

In the midst of a very overwhelming day, when the anticipated course of repeat surgery ultimately veered in a different and more dangerous direction, the patient was transferred to the ICU for closer monitoring and post-op care. We were blessed to meet John during that first day and continue to experience his exceptional care for our additional days of healing in the ICU.

John is incredibly patient, answering our seemingly endless questions with kindness, without demonstrating a feeling of rushing or any annoyance whatsoever, no matter how simple or repetitive the question. He was understanding of both the patient's and our family's emotions and attentive to all of our needs.

John is clearly compassionate about providing exceptional, patient, and family-centered care. His positivity and calm, caring outlook helped us through some of our most difficult days. It is clear this is John's genuine approach to all his patients, and he goes above and beyond in everything he does.
