is kindness and calm presence made an overwhelming and frightening time much more bearable for our family.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care my son has received during our stay in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, especially from his nurse, Mohamed Salam.
From the moment we were admitted, Mohamed Salam has been incredibly supportive, attentive, and compassionate. He went above and beyond his duties—always checking on my son, making sure he was comfortable, and patiently answering all of our questions, no matter how small. His kindness and calm presence made an overwhelming and frightening time much more bearable for our family.
What truly stood out was how he treated my son not just as a patient, but as if he were his own child. He was gentle, reassuring, and always attentive to our needs, while also taking the time to support us emotionally as parents. Knowing that Mohamed Salam was caring for our son gave us a sense of comfort and trust that words cannot fully describe.
We will always be grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Mohamed Salam is truly an asset to the PICU and a wonderful example of what nursing should be.
