I would like to recognize Maka Tani for her exceptional leadership and unwavering support in the Emergency Department. As a newly graduated nurse, I have been incredibly fortunate to benefit from her guidance. She consistently takes the time to teach, mentor, and empower me, helping me grow into a more confident and competent nurse.

Maka goes above and beyond to advocate for and protect her staff, ensuring we always feel supported, valued, and motivated. Her kindness, clinical expertise, and dedication foster an environment where excellence in patient care truly thrives. She is not only an outstanding manager but also a genuine role model who inspires us all to perform at our very best each day.
