Shelia has been such a phenomenal nurse. She takes care of her patients, going above and beyond. Throughout her shifts, she has shown exceptional care and compassion. My boyfriend came in with alcohol withdrawal. Shelia has been taking really good care of him while he’s been in 1 West. She takes the time to listen and talk. The best part about her is that she is a mom, so she understands and takes care of her patients in a motherly way, too. My boyfriend and I look forward to seeing Shelia’s friendly face in the morning. She brightens the day and makes the hospital stay so much better! Overall, Shelia has been amazing and definitely deserves to be nominated for the DAISY Award. We love you, Shelia. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
