Nicole is not only dedicated to her profession but also practices it with passion, care, tactfulness, and ease.
I first met Nicole after my interview, and it was nothing short of an impactful meeting. I waited a few minutes while she attended to a patient before she could give me her undivided attention, and in those few minutes, I was left in awe. Nicole is not only dedicated to her profession but also practices it with passion, care, tactfulness, and ease. As I myself became a patient, she always ensured I knew what was going on and answered my questions before I even realized I had any. She is attentive, caring, diligent, and undeniably hard-working and smart! She has such an amazing aura and can pick up on energy, as she has been a shoulder for me to cry on many, many times. I am short on words to express how strongly I feel she should be the recipient of this award, because my eyes fill with tears as I remember moving to Ohio alone with my then-2-year-old son, and she immediately took me under her wing and gave me so much advice and guidance. I don't think Nicole fully recognizes the impact she has on her peers and patients. She is always ready to work and does it with such tenacity that I am always in awe of her. It was a pleasure working alongside her, and it is more of a pleasure to be personally treated by her. Her smile and laughter fill the room; her energy is impactful; and her work ethic is groundbreaking. We love you, Nicole! Your patients truly would be lost without you! Thank you for being so amazing to a first-time Ohioan, and thank you for making me so proud to have worked alongside you and the entire unit. I am so proud of you!

I go for iron infusions on occasion. I've had her three times for a nurse; she's very, very friendly. She also has extensive knowledge about my iron infusions. Very helpful and accommodating, giving me a room with a bad always. Also, while she is doing her job, she's always asking if we need drinks or snacks. Every time she comes into the room, she checks on me and asks why I'm here throughout my entire visit. She seems very professional and very friendly, and she knows her job. A+ for everything she does. She told us a lot of information today that we didn't know before. Thank you, Nicole Murphy,

Nicole was the 1st infusion nurse I had back in 08, and she was the only one who could stick my port correctly without hurting me, and I appreciated that! Since then, I still go and get my labs drawn there. Terrific Bunch of Nurses!!

Nicole is the best. She's caring and is knowledgeable. I know that she has my best interests at heart.

I overslept for my first IV iron infusion, and she called me until I woke up, then kept the appointment for me until I got there. She always reminds me in advance and even helps me with my concerns when she's off the clock.

Nicole has always been amazing. I have extreme anxiety with needles, and since day one, she has made me feel comfortable, less stressed, but also heard. A lot of places I’ve had labs, they don’t take the anxiety part seriously, which has resulted in high stress/hot sweats, and passing out. I’ve never been worried about any of that with Nicole; I always feel safe. I couldn’t thank her enough for always listening and addressing any concerns I have had. I’ve been seeing her, I think, for 4ish years. She’s amazing.
