Krystal walks and acts with grace always. She is attentive to patient values while also ensuring the necessary care is performed. She is excellent at compromise and does not allow important beliefs to be thrown to the side. The most recent example of this would be her work in the Nursing Externship program. Krystal has gone out of her way to involve as many current experts in the field to expose students to updated EBP.

On top of this, Krystal's current EBP is shown through her knowledge and skill as an L&D nurse. She has lectured on personal experience and education received on current practice and why things have (or haven't) changed, as well as what is coming for the future of L&D practice. Krystal is a natural teacher, and this is evidenced by her students' abilities to succeed, whether in the nursing or CNA sphere. She is a dedicated figure to bringing the best out of the individual while also enforcing high expectations of care and knowledge. I can personally attest to witnessing Krystal's keenness in the classroom and on the floor. She has personally bettered my education and nursing practice through her willingness to help, teach, and provide compassionate care. I can think of no better person to receive recognition for her tireless dedication to her nursing practice. I am lucky to have had Krystal present in my career thus far.
