Sa-ada Sadique, affectionately known as "Mzzsaa International Midwife," is a highly decorated clinician recognized for her transformative impact on maternal health and midwifery education. She is celebrated for her servant leadership and a calm, motherly demeanor that eases the anxiety of first-time mothers.

Beyond her clinical duties, she leads a pregnancy school where she mentors expectant parents through every stage of delivery and the postnatal experience. Her commitment to patient care is so profound that she even rushed to the hospital while off duty to support a patient facing a high-risk placenta previa emergency, staying by the newborn's side in the NICU to ensure the highest quality of care.

Sa-ada’s compassion frequently extends into deep personal sacrifice and social innovation. She personally supported a vulnerable head porter who sought to terminate a pregnancy due to poverty, providing for her needs, renting her a home, and eventually securing her a job and vocational training. Furthermore, she has established three impactful organizations: the Teen Moms Empowerment Network, MOMS Compass, and Mzzsaa International Healthcare Consult.

These initiatives drive innovation in maternal health, support menstrual hygiene, and provide structured mentorship for the next generation of healthcare professionals.
