Nurse Tiffany Willis truly went above and beyond in caring for me during one of the most difficult times of my young adult life (25 years). From the moment Tiffany entered my room, she made me feel seen, heard, and safe. She was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand.

No matter how many questions I had, she never made me feel like a burden. If she didn’t immediately have an answer, she would go out of her way to find the charge nurse so I could feel fully reassured. Tiffany’s bedside manner is exceptional. She is kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients.

During a very emotional and frightening experience, she helped bring me comfort and peace just by the way she spoke to me and treated me with respect. She even shared her personal gum with me!
