It happened way back in 2023. During one of my treatment sessions, I suddenly had difficulty breathing — I felt congested and panicked. Coreen quickly provided urgent care to make me feel comfortable, even as I was becoming restless and afraid.

She did not allow us to go home right away and instead immediately recommended that I be admitted. That same night, my condition worsened, and I had to be placed on high-flow oxygen. I cannot imagine what could have happened if she had not taken those quick and decisive actions — if she hadn’t endorsed me for admission, and we had gone home instead, maybe I wouldn’t have made it to the hospital in time.

She is truly a lifesaver.
