My mother was admitted to the hospital and was assigned to the 6th floor on the North Wing. On Friday, Ms. Felicia was assigned to take care of my mother. As soon as we met Felicia, we knew she was a special nurse.

Her patience, kindness, and calming presence made such a difficult time so much easier for my mother and my family. She had great knowledge and answered all our questions diligently. She is an asset to your hospital. Her dedication, kindness, and compassion make a difference in your patients every single day. Nurses like her are the heart of your healthcare. 

My mother is 79 years old, and she required a lot of attention managing her pain and getting her ready for surgery. Ms. Felicia excelled in the care she gave my mother, besides taking care of her other patients and having no help from other medical assistants, she managed my mother, changing her bed sheets and doing all her medical duties with a smile and great expertise.

I will never forget how she went above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort. I truly hope her hard work is truly recognized. Ms. Felicia has the knowledge and attitude I have never experienced in a nurse before. The patients in your hospital are lucky to have her as their nurse.
