Madison Collins was recognized as the fourth DAISY Award recipient of 2025. Collins was nominated twice and praised in her nominations for making one of her patients feel so comfortable and making labor and postpartum so much easier.

Her second nomination praises her for being extremely attentive, friendly, and caring. One nomination letter stated, “This was my first baby, so I was scared and had a lot of questions, and Madison answered all of them.”

Her second nomination went on to say, “She was absolutely amazing during my labor and for my few hours with her after delivery.” This nomination concludes by saying, “She is a wonderful nurse and I’m so thankful to have had her by my side!”
