I would like to recognize Francisco for the outstanding care he provided to my husband during our visit today.  I received stitches on my upper lip, and Francisco went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.  He was gentle, patient and very informative.  He even carefully shaved my mustache so that the doctor could place the stiches properly.

Francisco explained every step and gave my wife and me clear instructions on how to care for the wound at home.  His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.  Even though I needed stitches, I left impressed with the level of care I received. 

I also want to acknowledge the ladies at the front desk when we entered the emergency room.  They were welcoming, attentive, and quick to help.  Their warm attitudes made us feel cared for from the moment we walked in.

Additionally, the doctor did an excellent job with the stitches, and we are grateful for her skill and care.
