My grandfather was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis five years ago. Since then, he has been on a number of medications, has been in and out of the hospital, and has undergone multiple medical procedures for his atrial fibrillation. He consciously made the decision to take himself off heated high-flow oxygen and pass naturally.

Paige was the kindest, most compassionate, and caring nurse we encountered through all of this. She made sure that my grandpa was comfortable and that my family was taken care of. As someone who has worked in the inpatient setting previously, she was the best nurse I have experienced at Sarasota Memorial in Venice. He has since passed, but we appreciate the kind, compassionate, knowledgeable care he received.

She made sure not only was he taken care of, but also every family member. She went above and beyond, and we are so thankful for him to have been under her care.
