I would like to recognize Pam for her exceptional care and compassion. During my hospital stay, she consistently went above and beyond to support me both physically and emotionally.

Pam helped me build the confidence to get out of bed even when I was in severe pain, always encouraging me in a way that preserved my dignity. She shared her knowledge with patience and kindness, taking time to teach me how to wash myself with two chest tubes and multiple IV lines.

Pam even loaned me a phone stand--a small act that made a difficult situation more bearable. Her compassion, respect, and dedication made a huge difference in this difficult time in my life. I am truly grateful for her care.
