- “No short story or situation could possibly describe the love and care that goes into her work. It is more like this is not a job for her. It is a hobby, a love of her life. She was made for this. I had a hard time working through my emotions when I first got here. The two very short days I got to spend with her, she never hesitated to stop what she was doing to help me get through it. She never left my side until she had me smiling or laughing again. She was really the bright light at the end of a very dark tunnel.”

She was never impatient and has always kept a cool, professional manner. She has words of wisdom that I could never think of. If we are feeling down, a talk with her would put a smile on our faces.”
