Her presence alone elevates the standard of care around her. Maddie consistently goes above and beyond what is required. She takes the extra moment to sit with her patients, to truly listen, and to ensure their families feel seen, heard, and supported. She never hesitates to stay late if it means doing what is right. For Maddie, nursing is not about the clock- it is about the person in the hospital bed and the loved ones at their side. What sets her apart is her ability to deeply connect with her patients. She does not just acknowledge their pain and fears; she feels them.
