Jessica greeted me upon arrival and was so fast, kind, efficient, and soothing that she put me at ease right away. She made me feel heard and even put the IV where I wanted it. As the hours wore on, she kept me informed, was patient, and followed up so well. Her extra efforts throughout the day made all the difference in my frame of mind as I prepared for the surgery, and especially later when the surgery had to be canceled. I could go on about how good she was at her every task or how she made me feel calmer and in very capable hands, but words are not enough. The best example was that she escorted my friend to get something from the car and waited after she was off shift so my friend could find where they moved me. I have had a number of surgeries over the years, and her care is in the top 98% of the care I have ever received. Jessica not only does her job so well, but also makes it easier for the patients, their doctors, and the surgical team. What a special asset she is to your hospital!
