Nohvee is exemplary in modeling compassionate care for her patients. I see firsthand her caring nature -- not because it's her job or because she's afraid of getting in trouble, but because she wants her patients to feel better. She takes the time to make sure her patients have everything they need to go home safely. She is excellent at communicating patients' needs to all team members available to help. She can answer every question about each of her patients because she knows them, which shows how efficient and caring she is. Her knowledge allows for better nursing and patient care.
