I would like to formally recognize the outstanding care provided to my father during his stay on the Med-Surg 4th floor. Following his recent surgery and multiple medication adjustments, Nurse Luis has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and clinical competence. 

He took the time to explain every medication change in detail, ensured that my father and our entire family understood potential side effects, and patiently answered every question we had. His attentiveness and commitment to my father’s comfort and safety were evident throughout every interaction. 

My father has repeatedly expressed how grateful he is for the care Luis has provided and has stated that he would gladly complete a survey commending him. In fact, he feels that Luis truly deserves recognition or an award for the remarkable level of care he delivers. Nurse Luis has been the first nurse on this floor to show such consistent compassion and advocacy, and he has made a meaningful difference in my father’s recovery experience.
