I would like to nominate Taylor Rossetti for the DAISY Award. Taylor is one of the most compassionate and caring nurses I have ever had the privilege to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and their families, treating everyone with genuine kindness and respect. Regardless of how busy or stressful the day becomes, Taylor always has a warm smile and a calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts others at ease. She takes the time to listen to her patients, comfort their families, and ensure everyone feels supported and cared for. Whether it's staying late to ensure a patient is comfortable or helping a colleague without hesitation, Taylor embodies the true spirit of nursing. Her compassion, positivity, and dedication leave a lasting impact on everyone around her. Taylor doesn’t just do her job — she makes a difference every single day.
