Angie was so kind, thoughtful, and playful with my 7-year-old, who was breaking out in a horrible rash and terrified he was going to have to get a shot. She joked with him, made him comfortable, and didn't get irritated or rush through the swabbing for COVID, Flu, and Strep. Angie was so thoughtful and caring during our whole visit, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything, as well as our son. She didn't make us hold him down to get the swab quickly; she took her time, was patient, and understanding that he was fearful because of past experiences. Thank you!
