I have to say, I have spent seven times in this hospital. Olivia made this past experience the best ever. Upon shift change, she took careful note of my symptoms. I was so embarrassed because my symptoms included diarrhea. I constantly made a stinky mess.

Olivia took the compassion she is filled with and used her clinical experience to contact the best GI doctor. She took the initiative, contacted her awesome manager, and together they reviewed my condition. Olivia had to give me manual enemas to prepare me for the colonoscopy and endoscopy the doctor was going to perform.

Amazingly, Crohn’s was discovered. I truly feel that by being the advocate for her patient, she saved my life and gave me hope for the future. I am so thankful that this angel blessed me with her care. She changed me, bathed me, and showed love, care, and knowledge. She was also the charge nurse during my stay! She is amazing and a true gift to the medical field.
