Isaac came to transport me. Isaac came with a smile and transferred me from my bed to a stretcher very carefully. Isaac was mindful of my dizziness while transporting me, and went slower. Isaac was kind, caring, and truly made me feel cared for. What a difference a good RN makes!

I underwent an outpatient procedure. The procedure went smoothly. However, during recovery, my oxygen levels became unstable, fluctuating between the upper 80s and high 70s. While all other aspects of recovery appeared normal, this issue required close monitoring. Isaac observed the situation closely and decided a breathing treatment might help stabilize my oxygen levels. Despite the treatment, the levels did not return to a normal range. At that point, Isaac determined that it would be best for the ER to conduct further evaluation and testing.

Throughout this time, he kept my husband informed and reassured. Once in the ER, several tests were performed, including a CT scan, which revealed aspiration pneumonia. Based on this diagnosis, the decision was made to admit me to the hospital. Despite her/his own shift duties, Isaac continued to check on me and later returned to see how I was doing - something that meant a great deal.
