First, Deniris is a beautiful person inside and out. She took great care in explaining to me my wife’s discharge papers, medication, and all with great detail, a great person, patience, and a smile in her eyes, as she was wearing a mask.

One of the other nurses took my wife by wheelchair to our car, but was supposed to prep my wife before she left, by removing her IV and other things, forgetting to remove the IV as my wife got in the car, and we drove away. My wife looked and says oops I still have the IV in me we turned around and the nurse that brought her out I did not find but I found Deniris. She immediately said let’s get her and remove it and she did with great business like Manor.

Her bedside manner is far beyond that of any nurse I have ever worked with at Banner.

My history, I spent almost a year and a half in and out of Banner hospital due to a very bad automobile accident, with multiple stays, on average, eight days, and the longest was 15 days at Banner UMC main campus.

While my wife was in PACU, she took her back and forth multiple times to the bathroom as my wife was not urinating yet. She then moved my wife into a room where we could give her more to drink, water, and soda. The whole time, Deniris constantly asked if there was anything else she could get for us.

Some of the other things she did was get me a chair to sit down next to my wife, moved the chair and my wife to the room, asked me if I needed anything to drink, and also I went to the cafeteria to get lunch, and the whole time she was in and out with my wife. My wife said she was outstanding.

Thank you so much.
