Keagan is consistently the definition of a quality healthcare provider. The care he provides his patients is beyond incredible. He also helps triage patients as a charge nurse without hesitation when the EMS triage area gets backed up with multiple arrivals, helping alleviate his coworkers' workload. Every time we interact with him, he greets us with a smile, has a great attitude, and is warm and welcoming to the patients we bring. Without hesitation, I can say that I would be more than happy to know that he would be the nurse caring for any of my family members should the need ever arise. He is a credit to his profession.

Keagan was extra helpful, considerate, kind, skillful, had good bedside manners, was very respectful, and treated us with the utmost respect and compassion. He did everything in his power to make my mama and the family comfortable, and he left no stone unturned. I appreciate him for that. They need more nurses who actually care about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile, like Keagan.
