Ellie is a loving, compassionate, empathetic, and very cheerful person. Even when the days are very busy, she continues to show that joy with every patient. Every day I've seen how she talks to the patients, demonstrating compassion and empathy. Ellie truly cares about the patients; she even rushes to their side immediately when a patient asks for help. Even when she's talking to anyone, she shows love for others, which is admirable. When she's not present in the PCU, her absence is felt, but when she arrives and starts talking to the patients, a sense of harmony and joy fills the air. She, along with the entire nursing team, truly forms a great team. I'll conclude by saying that I can see how she follows the service standards: Keep me safe, love me, own it, make it easy... It's admirable!
