Jessica gave me the best care I have ever experienced in the ER before. I have unfortunately ended up in the hospital more times than I can remember because of my chronic pancreatitis, so having someone treat me the way she did really meant a lot to me.

She went out of her way in so many ways, she stayed calm the whole time, and I can tell she cared. I arrived by ambulance on a Friday morning. Jessica even took me up to my room. I told her that the world needs more nurses like her, and I thanked her. She was very humbled.
