Our two-year-old daughter was admitted to the ICU and diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Brant came to visit us on day 3 prior to our discharge, and talked with us about diabetes. He was very empathic.

He was amazing in short education and placed a Dexcom G7 on our daughter to help us start seeing levels. We were discharged to Endocrinology, where he met us and spent an additional three hours deep diving into diabetes and what to look for, how to count carbs, etc.

Brant goes above and beyond to educate patients, parents, and families on type 1 diabetes. He's even included our 15-year-old and showed her ways she can help. He has continued to be there for us and answer any questions or concerns. He is quick to respond and has helped to guide us on our best options for our daughter.

He will revisit topics with us that we are still struggling with and has helped us with general conversations with our little one to make it easy for her to understand as well.

I am very grateful we have been able to work with Brant and will continue to work with him as our journey moves forward. He has been a blessing through this process.
