Rachel is the absolute best nurse! My father has been to many hospitals and has cycled through many nurses, all of whom have been great but not amazing. I have watched my dad suffer day after day, visit after visit, and no nurse has ever taken the time to constantly reassure me. After hearing my dad had a stroke and was in the hospital, I was a complete wreck. Concerned that my father would never get to walk me down the aisle, or see his granddaughter take her first steps, or say “papa”.

Rachel has constantly checked in on me and made sure that I was okay and that I was taking care of myself. She has taken every second to go through every update possible to make sure I understand everything going on. Rachel has truly been the light at the end of the tunnel during all of this. She has taught me all the terminology, so I understand what is what and what to look out for when machines start beeping. She has made me feel confident in trusting the doctors and what they are doing because I know they are the best.

I truly wish Rachel all the best in everything in her life. She deserves all the good things that come her way, and I genuinely hope she understands the difference she makes in the lives of those who are watching their whole worlds wilt away.
