Heather was amazing and was exactly one of the nurses I needed when I came into the hospital - being alone and dealing with not being able to go to my mother's funeral. She made sure I understood everything that was going on - often answering the same questions multiple times with grace and patience. Her compassion went above and beyond what I was struggling through emotionally, and she showed nothing but absolute kindness and hospitality to my friend, who traveled from Michigan and stayed for a couple of days. He was incredibly impressed with her as well.
