My mother broke her hip in June of this year and has spent most of the year in the hospital and rehabilitation. She was recently admitted again due to low blood pressure and required two pints of blood. The doctor recommended a colonoscopy to determine the source of the bleeding. In addition, she has a sacral wound that extends to the bone. During this difficult time, Brianna came into the room and explained every procedure she was preparing to do, all while maintaining a warm smile. My mother becomes confused at times and does not always remember or understand what she is supposed to do, and Brianna showed patience, kindness, and compassion throughout the process. Brianna has provided exceptional, compassionate, and attentive care during a very challenging time for our family. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for my mother's dignity and comfort have not gone unnoticed.
