I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation for Nurse Stacey L. Boris, one of the exceptional nurses in Women’s Health Primary Care at the Salem VA Medical Center. During a recent appointment, I required two consults to be placed for my Osteoarthritis and Neuropathy, both of which have been causing me significant pain. Nurse Stacey immediately stepped in and went above and beyond, coordinating care between departments and ensuring everything was addressed without delay. Her proactive approach and attention to detail made me feel supported and secure, knowing that she was truly on my side and advocating for my needs.

Throughout my care, Nurse Stacey has consistently ensured that my voice is heard. She has always championed my care plan and treated me with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion.
