Abby not only took care of me once, but twice while I was at Crestwood. This second time was my induction, and she instantly made me feel calm and at ease. She was more attentive than any nurse I’ve ever had in a hospital setting. She also went out of her way to bring my husband anything he needed, as a first-time dad.

After I had to have two epidurals, my anxiety was high, due to being a first-time mom. Abby was patient and kind and helped me calm down any time I was stressed. She answered all of my questions, which were very frequent due to the unknown, and Abby never got frustrated. I was so scared I would deliver my baby after the shift change, because I wanted her to be there with me at my time of delivery. She stayed after her shift to help deliver my baby boy.

Then, on my discharge day, Abby came in to see us off to the car. I hugged her and cried because I was so thankful for the care she gave me and my family at Crestwood.
