When I met Ms. Ashley Pelar, I asked her to address a myriad of concerns about my wife's condition. She promptly returned to me with answers to all the questions I had asked. Ms. Pelar cared for my wife as if she were caring for one of her own family members. I was very anxious and overwhelmed with my wife's condition. I had never experienced anything this traumatic before. Ms. Pelar assured me that my wife would receive the best of care and went above and beyond to accomplish it - even something as simple as providing a warm blanket, along with warm, consoling words. Ms. Ashley Pelar effectively displayed caring, poise, and professionalism, which I consider exemplary. I would like to thank this hospital for having such a competent person on its staff.
