We had the privilege of having Ryan as our nurse for three nights in the ICU, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care he provided. From the moment he started caring for my husband, Ryan made sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. He also took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns—something that meant the world to me during such a difficult time. My husband coded twice during his ICU stay, and Ryan's quick response and calm, professional demeanor were nothing short of amazing. He acted immediately and kept me informed every step of the way, which helped ease some of the overwhelming fear and anxiety I was experiencing. What made Ryan stand out even more was how he supported me emotionally. I came into this already heartbroken, having lost my mom just two weeks before my husband’s surgery. Ryan recognized that I was an emotional wreck, and he went above and beyond not just to care for my husband, but to care for me as well. His kindness, compassion, and steady presence helped me hold it together through some of the scariest moments of my life.
