From the moment Chelsie walked into my room and presented with a big smile, I knew I'd be getting comforting care. She asked what I needed and went over my medications, and asked if there was anything she should know about me. Chelsie was continuously checking in on me to ensure my comfort and care were met. I wrote a poem during my stay and shared it with her,​ titled "Same Day, Different Walls." Chelsie offered such positive feedback and connected with me over my poem. She even went as far as to type it up, which made me feel seen and heard in a place where I felt lonely. Chelsie is very gentle and thorough with hands-on care. Thank you, Chelsie!
